Remote sensing for the world of tomorrow: challenges and solutions for sustainable development
On 8 October 2021, the Remote Sensing Working Group held a virtual meeting as part of #GeoWoche2021. In addition to two keynote presentations, further talks on the conference theme were given, and a virtual poster session took place in the evening. The presentations highlighted current challenges, as well as potential solutions and prospects, and also outlined the limitations of using remote sensing to address issues of sustainable development.
