Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on "The role of Earth observation in the mitigation of world hunger"

Dear colleagues,

I hope, this email finds you well.

Today, we would like to invite you to join us in this mutual effort on developing a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on

"The role of Earth observation in the mitigation of world hunger".

This course shall display and teach the EO techniques available to help with reducing hunger in the world and enable learners to take action using EO data and tools.
It is designed as a collaborative effort between several institutions, such as yours. In the framework of our project 'EO Connect'1, we will provide coordination of the development, deployment, and hosting of the MOOC as well as all our available training resources on the matter.

If one, unified MOOC on the role of EO in #zerohunger is of interest to you and your organization, please fill in the short survey provided here:

Call to Action Online Course on the role of EO in #zerohunger

We'd also like to encourage you to forward this Call to action to your colleagues and relevant institutions that might be interested in joining the effort. After a period of feedback collection, we will get back with more details to all interested parties.

Please make sure to respond to this call´no later than March, 1st 2021.

Thank you very much in advance for your feedback and for forwarding this message to other interested colleagues.
